I decided to give this weight loss thing another try. Last year around this same time I started an eating / exercise routine and was able to lose roughly 50 lbs. That's where it ended, I put all that weight back very quickly. A beer turned into 6, A slice turned into the whole large pizza to myself and on and on. I have to admit, for all the work and effort I put in to lose those 50 lbs I'm very ashamed and frusterated that I just let it go. I'm not a fitness guru. I'm not a life coache.
